Sandra Bullock filed for divorce today in Travis County Court in Austin, Texas. She also revealed that she’s adopted a 3 1/2 month old boy named Louis Bardo Bullock — and though she and Jesse started the adoption process four years ago and brought the boy home together in January, she now plans to raise him as a single parent.

As for grounds of divorce, the petition says, “The marriage between Petitioner and Respondent has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation.”

A rep for Bullock confirms the star filed legal papers seeking to end her marriage, but declines to specify in what jurisdiction they are filed. Says Bullock of her decision to divorce: “I’m sad and I am scared.”

James tells: “I ask that you please do not judge Sandy for the things I have done. She has done no wrong. She played no part in any of this. She has been an amazing wife, mother, and best friend, for the over 6 years we have been together.”

UFC fighter Tito Ortiz was arrested Monday (April 26) in Huntington Beach, California, accused of felony domestic violence against the mother of his twin boys and the world’s most famous adult-film star, Jenna Jameson.

The fight reportedly started when Tito confronted Jenna because he found OxyContin and realized that she had relapsed.
Tito’s attorney Chip Matthews says that Jameson has been battling addiction for more than a year now and everyone, including Tito have been protecting her.

Updating from the Ortiz/Jameson residence, Jameson intends to press charges and had already filed a restraining order. “I am completely shocked,” she told the website. “Tito is a loving, sweet man, and I’ve always supported him through everything. For him to lash out at me like this is shocking, and I feel completely betrayed. Completely betrayed. And I feel bad for my children.”

First she got dumped from starring in the movie “The Other Side”, because she’s not “bankable” . Sources connected with the film also report that the people financing the film are skittish about relying on Lindsay.

Then last Thursday her father Michael Lohan set her an ultimatum to either meet with him or he will be going to court to protect his other daughter Ali Lohan.

And just today Lindsay’s landlord contaced his laywers to keep Michael Lohan away from the West Hollywood property.
This weekend Michael came by Lindsay’s apartment again, and caused a major commotion … refusing to leave and, at one point, grabbing the house phone from the valet. He may be forced to stay away by a restraining order.

Sandra was photographed in Northern California last week without her wedding ring. Jesse might be holding on tight to the idea of a reunion, but once the ring comes out for the female, they’re done!

The photo, said to be the first since her husband Jesse James’s infidelity scandal broke, will be featured on Tuesday night’s broadcast, and shows the somber actress hiking, drinking coffee and wearing a hat with a scarf around her neck, according to ET.

Bullock, 45, moved out of the Los Angeles area home she share with James, 40, and his three children shortly after the first report March 15 he allegedly had an affair with a tattoo model. Jesse is currently in rehab trying to get rid of his “sex addiction.

So what is it that makes everybody believe that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake split?
Is it just the non stopping rumors that pop up every other day? The moment we think it is over, they show up the next night arm in arm.

Perfect marketing? Serious trouble? Justin filming with his ex?

God only knows, but at least gossip media get to write about something else besides the everday story about Sandra Bullock.

Actors Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are officially single — their marriage was declared legally over on October 5.
The “Legally Blonde” star, 31, filed for divorce from the 33-year-old Crash star in November 2006, citing irreconcilable differences.

Phillippe, 33, met Witherspoon at her 21st birthday party. They married and co-starred in “Cruel Intentions” in 1999.
For the divorce to be official and finalized, however, the couple must settle their finances and custody arrangements over daughter Ava, 8, and son Deacon, turning 4 this month. Both parties are seeking a shared custody arrangement.

Witherspoon won the best-actress Academy Award for her portrayal of June Carter Cash in 2005′s “Walk the Line.” She can next be seen in “Rendition,” co-starring Jake Gyllenhaal, which is due out later this month.

Former “Lost” star Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced Wednesday to six months in jail for failing to complete community service and alcohol monitoring as part of her probation from a previous drunk driving incident.

Rodriguez, 29, was also found to have consumed alcohol on at least three occasions while wearing a monitoring bracelet around her ankle, in violation of a probation requirement she refrain from drinking for 90 days, Mateljan said.
Rodriguez “admitted violation of her probation by failing to provide proof of community service and by consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device,” City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said.

Rodriguez appeared in one season of ABC’s “Lost.” Her film credits include “The Fast and The Furious,” “Blue Crush” and “Girlfight.”

Looks like Pam Anderson and Rick Salomon are back into the movie business.
Former “Baywatch” beauty Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon, a former lover of Paris Hilton , applied for and were granted a marriage license in Las Vegas on Saturday, according to the Clark County’s Marriage License Bureau.

Anderson, 40, has been previously married to singer Kid Rock and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee.
Earlier this month, Anderson said on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show that she was engaged, but declined to identify her fiancee, other than to say he was a poker player.

Rick Salomon who was briefly married to Shannen Doherty, is the producer, cameraman, publisher and supporting Actor in the box office hit “One Night in Paris”, also starring Paris Hilton.

Jessica Biel has decided against playing “Wonder Woman in “Justice League”. Apparently she didn’t realise she had to share the screen, and daybill, with half-a-dozen other faces, or something, so has given the project the birdie.

Variety had reported that the “I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry” actress was in talks with the studio to grab Wonder Woman’s lasso, in a movie that’s expected to feature Superman, Batman, the Flash and Aquaman as well.

EW doesn’t actually state why Biel decided – at what’s seemingly the 11th hour – not to take on the role after all (despite the trades announcing she was as good as locked for the part), but it should please those die-hard “Wonder Woman” fans who’ve been writing into us like typing’s going out of style complaining about the casting decision.

The nominations illustrate how far the Hall of Fame has stretched its definition of rock ‘n’ roll to incorporate a variety of musical styles.
This year’s nominees had to release their first single no later than 1982, the year that Madonna’s “Everybody” came out.

Five-hundred music industry professionals will choose five of the nominees to be inducted at a ceremony at New York’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel next March.
It’s certainly the case with Madonna, the Detroit-area native who burst out of New York dance clubs in the early 1980s with “Holiday” and soon became a pop culture icon. She scored 17 Top 10 hits in the 1980s alone and is due to put out an album next year, working with the likes of Timbaland and Justin Timberlake .

Also nominated for the Rock Hall’s Class of 2008 are Leonard Cohen, Afrika Bambaataa, Chic , The Ventures, Donna Summer and The Dave Clark Five, according to various published reports.
