Mandy Moore
An American pop singer and actress, Mandy Moore was born on April 10, 1984 in Nashua, New Hampshire to Stacy and Don Moore. Mandy has two brothers named Scott and Kyle. Teen dance-pop singer, Mandy released her first album “So Real”at the age of 15. The album reached at #31on the U.S. Billboard 200 album chart and was certified platinum in the U.S. in early 2000.
Her second album, “I Wanna Be with You” was certified gold in the U.S. Mandy’s third self-titled album “Mandy Moore” reached at #35 on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold in the U.S. Moore released a fourth album, Coverage, in October 2003. Mandy was spokeswoman for Neutrogena products and also appeared in commercials and print ads for the product.
In 2001, Mandy did a small role in the film “The Princess Diaries”. Moore got her first big break as an actress in 2002 when she starred in a major feature film “A Walk to Remember” and also won an award for “Breakthrough Female Performance” for the role. Moore received a praise for her performance in the film “Saved!”. Moore’s upcoming projects include Southland Tales, Dedication, and License to Wed.
