Uma Thurman in HBO’s film

An American film actress, Uma Thurman will appear in a lead role in the HBO’s upcoming film titled “The Zinc Bed”. In the movie, Uma Thurman will cast alongside Paddy Considine and Jonathan Pryce.

“The Zinc Bed” is an adaptation of David Hare’s 2000 drama and is likely to premiere in 2008. The movie is being directed by Anthony Page focuses on an alcoholic, Considine, who has an affair with his boss’ wife, Uma.

Numerous times Anthony has directed for television and his major credits include: “The Hours” and “Middlemarch”. Earlier in 2003, Uma Thurman appeared on HBO’s film “Hysterical Blindness” and for her performance in the movie Uma also won a golden globe award.
